간장게장이 시그니처 메뉴인
쉐라톤 디큐브시티의 뷔페 레스토랑
피스트(feast)에서 조식을 먹었다.
I had breakfast at Feast, a buffet restaurant,
which is famous for its 간장게장(crab marinated with soy sauce).
간판이 약간 뭔가 아쉽다.
Something is missing in this signboard.
일요일 아침 일찍 일어나서
조식당에 왔다.
사람이 많을까봐.
그치만 상당히 한산했고,
사진을 안찍으려고 했다가
엄청 많이 찍게 되었다.
I woke up Sunday early in the morning
to have a meal without too many people.
However, it was not that busy.
So I was tempted to take photos of the buffet.
베이커리.
Bakeries.
씨리얼. Cereal.
너무나 반가운 치즈와 건과일.
I was glad to meet you, cheese and dried fruits.
치즈와 건과일이 상당히 좋은 기본 조합인데
부산 힐튼에서 이 기본 조합이 없어서
너무 서운했었다.
They are a good basic,
which Hilton Busan did not serve at the Executive Lounge.
It was sad.
햄류는 냉장고에.
Hams in fridge.
커피부터 뜨거운 물까지 이 기계로.
This machine serves you from coffee to hot water for teas.
쌀밥과 죽 스테이션.
Station for rice and porridge.
나는 전복 내장죽을 먹어보기로 했다.
I tried abalone porridge which includes its intestine.
피스트에서는 한식 메뉴가 많은 편이다.
Feast has a variety of Korean food.
이제는 없으면 섭섭한 훈제연어.
Now I cannot imagine a buffet without smoked salmon.
과일. Fruits.

.
.
전복 내장죽. Abalone porridge.
그리고 나서 간장게장이랑
이것저것 먹었는데
사진이 없다...ㅠㅠ
I enjoyed the crab and others,
but photos are missing.
I thought I took the photos.
이날은 빵이 너무 땡겼다.
That Sunday was bakery day for me.
한겨울의 수박은
쉽게 접할 수 없으니
양껏 먹기로 했다.
I ate watermelon
as much as I could
because it is pricey in winter.
<총평 Comment>
한국인으로서
특별히 아쉬울 게 없는 조식 뷔페.
I think
Koreans can't get enough of this buffet.
한식 메뉴가 많이 있고
음식도 적당히 맛있다.
맛있는 게살 무한 리필이 가능한 곳이라고 생각하면
절대 비싸게 느껴지지도 않는다.
There is lots of Korean food,
and the cooking skills are good to me.
If you consider that this buffet is the all-you-can-eat of the crab,
it is not expensive at all.
다만
간장게장 때문에
한식 스테이션에서 약간 냄새가 나서
이 냄새에 익숙하지 않은 외국인들은
조금 난감해할 수 있겠다 싶었다.
But,
I was bit worried of the smell from the crab
because foreign guests may not be used to it.
서비스도 흠잡을 것 없이
친절하시고 꼼꼼하셔서
만족스러웠다.
The service was impeccable:
nice, kind, and caring in details.
